Your Corgis's Health
As part of our ethically responsible breeding activities all of our puppies are under a strict veterinary program, which means they are vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccines, dewormed, have had their eyes, heart, and lungs checked, and have been given their first dose of heartworm meds.
Additionally, we ensure they are all genetically tested for hereditary diseases such as DM (Degenerative Myelopathy) and vWD (Von Willebrand Disease), both of which are degenerative and debilitating.
Corgis tend to become overweight if they don’t get regular exercise. So your day to day activities should include plenty of playtime and vigorous walks. In return, your puppy will become an excellent companion or working dog.
Regular grooming is also a must for Corgis give that they shed heavily. Consistent brushing has its own reward, in the form of a beautiful and sleek coat that showcases your dog’s natural good looks.
